A restoration is the middle path between a repair and a full re-roof, and for a lot of Sydney homes it's exactly the right call. If the structure's sound but the surface is tired, we can bring it back for a fraction of what replacement costs.
The work is methodical: high-pressure clean, replace any broken tiles, re-bed and re-point the ridge caps with flexible pointing that moves with the roof instead of cracking off it, then a primer and two coats of membrane in the colour you choose. Metal roofs get the rust treated and a full re-coat.
Done right, a restoration adds years and lifts the whole look of the house from the street. Done cheap, it flakes in two summers. We do it right.
