Old tile or tired metal swapped for Colorbond — lighter, tighter, done once.
There's a point where patching an old roof stops making sense. When the tiles are porous, the battens are going, or you're just tired of the maintenance, re-roofing in Colorbond steel is usually the smarter spend — and often lighter on the frame than the tiles coming off.
We strip the old roof, check and replace battens where they need it, and lay new Colorbond with proper sarking and insulation underneath. The result is a roof that sheds water faster, holds its colour for decades, and doesn't need a repair crew back every winter.
We'll tell you straight whether a re-roof is worth it or whether a good restoration buys you another ten years. Sometimes it does. We'd rather keep you as a customer than sell you steel you didn't need.
